September 8 Training

Hi Everyone, what a great time to be alive and lucky enough to be able to run.  This week’s training will begin at 6:00 AM at the Barons on Rancho California Road.  Linda and Terri will be doing a 16 miler.  All others will do 12.  The route is an out and back do you can do any distance you like.  Remember there is a nice stash of water under the shrubs on the corner of De Portola and Anza.

Hi Everyone, its September 1st, fall is coming which means cooler temps and great running weather.  This week Revel Full has 20 and Revel Half has 14.  We can also do 2, 4, 6, 12 and 10 with this route.  So many choices.  We are meeting at 6:00 AM at the Barons on Rancho California Road. August 25 Meet

Training on August 25 Revel Full will start at 5:00 AM and Revel Half and all others will start at 6:00AM.  Anyone new joining us we meet at the Barons on Rancho California Road and all are welcome. I created a route for the 18 mile run and an 8 mile Run.  If anyone who is coming needs a different distance, please let me know.  Linda and Terri are running 18 and all the rest of you told me 8.  I am attempting 13 or 14.  The weather should be better this week.  Let’s give this our best shot.
