Saturday September 9th Training

Hi Everyone, its still hot out there so we will once again start at 5:30 AM.  St George 15 miles, Revel Full 17 miles and Revel Half 8 miles.  Routes are posted and I will have hard copies if you want or need one.  There is an opportunity for anyone to do 2, 5, 7 or 10 miles if you want a shorted distance.  Lets treat the Saturday run like a dress rehersal.  Let's wear the same clothes, shoes, socks, etc... Use Glide as if it were race day and practice the same nutrition you would use race day.  Water will be available about every two miles. I have always found, if I have the mindset that I have all day to do my run and no pace is too slow, my run is amazing.
