Hi Runners, we will be meeting on Saturday April 15th at 7:00 AM at the Barrons shopping Center located on the corner of Rancho California Road and Meadows Parkway. Our distances will remain short for the next few weeks, then we will begin to ramp up. This week I will go over the training schedules and talk a little bit about running form.
