Hi Everyone for those who are training on Saturday we are going to Kick ass and take names.  Be ready to bring your best and be nothing short of Amazing.  Only a select few have what it takes to get up this early, come out and shine.  Yes, training begins at 5:45 AM, Yes, at the Barons on Rancho California Road. Yes, I will stash water and Yes, you are going to be Amazing.

Hi Everyone, 1 more week until AFC. AFC will run 5 miles, Revel Half will Run 10 Miles and Revel Full will Run 18 miles (Optional 15 Miles).  Heat is the game this weekend so hydrate today.  I will stash water on the 10 and longer runs.  Pacing back when its hot is a good idea.

Training will begin at 5:45 AM.  Meeting at the Barons on Rancho California Road. 

Hi Everyone Wow! Only 2 weeks away from AFC and 10 weeks away from Revel.  This weekend training will start at 5:45 Am at the Barons on Rancho California Road.  Mike will lead the charge while I enjoy mountain life and my son’s wedding.  I will be shooting for a 10 mile distance at 7,000 feet.  I have all day, right?

AFC will do 7 miles, Revel Half will do 11 miles and Revel Full will do 16 miles.  Revel Full could do less and not miss a beat. 

Train smart, stick to your correct pace, drink and make it fun.  I will post our map and directions shortly.

Saturday July 14

AFC- 13, Revel Half- 9 and Revel Full – 12

Hi Everyone, training this week will once again begin at 5:30 AM.  I am sorry for those who hate to get up early.  AFC will be doing 13 miles, Revel Half will be doing 9 Miles and Revel Full will be doing 12 miles.  I will post routes later today.

For those going on the Farm Tour I will meet you there at 8:00.  It should be a lot of fun.
